SPEC:

        PSSL板卡将高速ATE设备的应用领域扩展到12.8/16G的速率范围，处于行业领先地位。它所针对的是差分串行PHY接口的检定以及规模化生产的技术难题。而对于PSSL有2个pogo block，每个pogo block有4个Lane(或groups),分别是xxx01-xxx04、xxx05-xxx08、xxx09-xxx12、xxx13-xxx16，总共8个lane，每个lane可以实现share和pooling。

        PSSL板卡有32channel，与PS9G一样都是没有BADC（不支持VM_HIZ、PPMU-BADC），所有通道支持单端（Single-End），而对于差分（differential）支持8对差分接收(xxx02-xxx04、xxx06-xxx08、xxx10-xxx12、xxx14-xxx16)，8对差分发送(xxx01-xxx03、xxx05-xxx07、xxx09-xxx11、xxx13-xxx15)；其支持STD(MAX x8-mode)、STDDIFF(MAX x8-mode)、FASTDIFF(support   x2-mode起步、x4…x16)、LOOPBACK的pin configuration；而对于pin configuration 的DEFAULT context只支持std和stddiff，其中CONTEXT最大是10。

对于SMT7编程而言需要注意context（其最大值是10）,不管pin、level、timing、以及testsuite都需要相匹配。

板卡默认状态有下拉电阻，topic 352969。

PSSL编程方面的其他参数性能：

        PSSL的基本速率是1136Mbps（0.88ns），基本的pattern存储空间是224Mbyte，最大支持x16-mode，可以将速率提升到16Gbps，详情参考Topic 244169

TMU测量范围16GHZ，精度±25ps，最大的采样速率是50Msps.
