SPEC: DPS128有128-channel为了提高电流可以最大将64根连续channel gang在一起;DPS64有64-channel,为了提高电流可以最大将32根连续channel gang在一起(Topic 94059).
DPS128/DPS64基本速率是50MHz(20ns),如果不需要DC EVENT动态测试,可以将.technology中testpoints改为0(change device->next->testpoint),这样DPS128充当纯电源板卡,不参跑pattern,也就没有频率限制了.详情参考topic 17816. 对于DPS128HC/64HC,单根unganged pin的level设置2.5<vout<7V,ilimt以及iout_clamp_rng是200~500mA;vout<2.5V, ilimt以及iout_clamp_rng是200~1000mA;如果多根pin ganged要求最小的钳位电流为N*200mA(N代表ganged的channel 数量),否则会发生警告或者错误。而对于DPS32,如果是单pin,钳位电流15mA~1.5A;如果是多pin,钳位电流最小为N*15mA(N代表ganged的channel 数量)。详情参考topic 130681.
